"I can't seem to recognize the patterns on the egg," Ray said as he gazed at the weird markings, and Julius took it in his hand and gazed at it.
He hadn't seen an egg like this in the book he read back at the royal library. This one was a weird one.
The mountain shook again as the top became surrounded in mystical runes and markings.
Julius was even more confused when the egg vibrated in his hand, and before his eyes, he saw a symbol appear behind his palm.
'What the fuck is this egg?' Julius thought with a groan, and he peered into its information.

'WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?!! A DJINN??' Julius was shocked by the information of the egg.
The beasts are graded based on their bloodline. Some have the ability to grow past others; the celestial rank beasts were the highest, surpassing mythical ranked beasts, thus earning the God title when they fully mature.
And there were not even up to three in this world. Yet one just bonded with him after touching it.
"Hm? Your Highness, did you just bond with that creature?" Alexa asked, and Ray looked at the symbol on the back of his hand.
"I think so. Although I don't know what it is yet, we'll have to find out," Julius said, and then they finally decided to leave.
As they walked to the edge, Julius scanned the place one more time and he noticed that this entire place was swept clean. Then he sighed before he walked towards Ray.
He climbed on Ray's back, and he jumped downwards towards the ground. Alexa followed and jumped behind them.
Julius, at this point, was dumbfounded.
"I thought you were just going to go down little by little!" he said in shock, and Ray smirked.
They neared the ground and a loud thud echoed around the surroundings as he landed, dust rising due to the impact with the floor.
Alexa caught herself in the air with her ability and landed softly on the ground with them.
"You said the stone can help you awaken magic?" Ray asked, and Julius nodded as he brought out one of the stones they got.

'Hehe, if the MC doesn't get this at that stage, I wonder what he'll use at that point,' he thought as he gazed at the stone.
He gulped before he sat on the ground and put the stone in his small mouth. The stone was almost as big as his fist, and he cursed his small body as he found it hard to even chew the rock.
All of a sudden it was as if it melted into a liquid, and he blinked in confusion. He closed his eyes and felt his body becoming hot.
A large amount of mana began to surround him, and all of a sudden he found himself in a pitch-black space.
He could hear the howling of winds and he looked back to see a bright light. It was as if a stream of this blue energy formed in front of him, solidifying into a ball.
Beneath it, he saw multiple roots coming down, and he looked around once more.
'This must be where my mana core is. The inner world,' he thought as he observed the situation.
Everything seemed to have calmed down, and he opened his eyes in the real world. He clenched his fists and Ray and Alexa couldn't believe it.
The young prince actually awakened magic just like he said he would. Normally, after eight years of age, the person isn't able to receive the blessing of magic, but he used this mysterious item to awaken, which was still hard to believe.
At this moment, both Ray and Alexa didn't know, but they both wanted to know what else the stone could do.

They exited the forest, feeling all tired from the journey, and they went to the western Citadel again to have some rest.
In a room on one of the highest floors of an inn, Julius sat on a soft bed as he recounted the events that happened.
"At least I got to awaken my magic. The royal treasury also seemed to have good items, but an auction is going to be held in two years; I could sell the remaining stones there," Julius made his plans.
'There is also the dragon essence of immortality deep in the Acrptic Depths. But it's so dangerous to go there, even master-level seekers won't be able to come out alive,' Julius said, and then he collapsed on his bed and opened his status screen.

He gazed around the room he was in warily as he heard a creaking sound and looked at the door with furrowed brows.
After the door didn't open, he sighed and just began to contemplate whether he was hearing things.
'I'll also need to give Ray one of the falcon eggs. If he can tame it, he'll be respected for sure. As for Alexa... I'll figure out what to do for her...' Julius crashed onto the soft bed before and put an arm over his face.
"I hope I can handle what's coming," he mumbled with a sigh as he looked to his side to see the mysterious egg that bonded with him against his will.
He'll find out everything soon enough.

Meanwhile, outside the inn, a man wearing a hood walked towards the city entrance. He took out a small crystal from a pocket before he said some words into it.
"Tell the First Prince that the Fifth is still alive and well."
