She extended the flash drive toward Scarface, her hand trembling slightly. Scarface snatched it out of her hand, his smirk returning. "Wise choice, princess."
But just as they turned to leave, Sophie's voice cut through the air one last time. "Don't think this is over. If you come after me again, next time, I won't be so nice."
Shaved Head chuckled darkly. "You're lucky we're in a good mood tonight. But don't push your luck."
With that, the men turned and walked away, disappearing into the night.
As the alley fell silent once more, Sophie exhaled shakily, her shoulders slumping. Lucas, still catching his breath, looked at her in disbelief. "Sophie, what the hell just happened?"
