After my Italian class was over I went straight to our favourite spot aware jaya would already be there and it is probably the safest place to hide from all my enemies. I went through each rolls of shelves hoping to see her seated at a corner, when I didn't find her at the front roll I knew she would be at the back.
"Jaya!" I called out happily waving to her as her large brown eyes left her phone and settled on me, her frown dispersed into a wide smile
"Hey" she greeted, adjusting in her seat, she removed the bag she had kept on the empty chair gesturing for me to join her, which I did happily.
"Hmmm you seem to be having a great time " I cleared my throat gesturing to the half eaten box of pizza on the table, she rolled her eyes
" is that your way of saying you want a bite " she asked, I nodded taking a slice.
" so..." She said wiggling her brows, I frown staring blankly
"What?" I asked bringing out some books from my bag and placed my phone on the table.
" well you know.... your new boyfriend!" she yelled taking the attention of those that were around
" boy...what? Nononono" I replied my eyes wide open
" seriously all rome high girls are crying their eyes out right now. the student portal is loaded with envious comments bae" she said excitedly shoving a whole slice of pizza in her mouth, I narrowed my eyes
" exactly, now it's not just the sunflower girls or m5 that hate me the entire school hates me because of that idiot!" I yelled banging my book on the table.
" keep it down!" A girl yelled from the front making me recoil back in my seat, she sighed taking my hands in hers
" babe your living a freaking wattpad life, and darn the way he kissed you ahhhh" she screamed earning glares from does who could see us.
" keep it down jaya " I scolded hitting her arms slightly
"Look I really don't want to get involved with anyone from this school much less the boys from the m5 okay?, I just want to peaceful graduate. oh lord is that hard to ask?" I said folding my hands and looking up, jaya just stared at me amused. this whole dilemma am in seem to be entertaining for her.
" you love, love don't you? ...now that you have it, your running?" she mocked chuckling, I rolled my eyes taking the last slice of pizza
" I don't know what is going on in the head of that idiot, but what ever his planning he should spare me. one thing is for sure it isn't love " I stated, she scoffed giving a smirk
" why?...i mean if the guys in your little novels fall in love at first sight why can't andrea?" She retorts with a shrug.
" jaya! Your not helping matters at all" I pouted
" ok sorry....but it just interesting," she pouts blinking continuously
"let's just forget him okay?" I said placing my lips in a thin line, her eyes moved from me to something else as her face coiled up in a smirk. I wonder what she's thinking
" we can forget him, but I don't think he will forget you for a while " she said wiggling her brows. I followed her eyes as my palms became sweaty once my gaze landed on what stole her attention.
"Uhhh it him again" we said in unison, her smirk still in place.
" let's go" I said as I hurriedly packed my books
" I wonder how he found us " she added joining me
"Hey beautiful " he greeted with a face void of expression
" I just arrived, where are you both going to " he said grabbing my wrist before I could slide away
"Away from you" jaya said staring intensely at him
" what is your problem, can you stop touching me without my consent! " I yelled as he immediately let go.
" let's leave " I stated as I grabbed my phone from the table which was placed next to hers, she nodded about to take her phone but andrea was faster
" my phone!" She exclaimed with a frown trying to pull it from him, but since he is a freaking tree there was no way she could reach him. She kept jumping comically which was funny, only that he was getting on my nerves
" bored of your plastic girlfriend?. that you decided to bother us " I said taking his attention and hopefully if jaya is fast enough she would be able to grab her phone from this imbecile.
" tch, you should be glad am giving you my attention" he replied staring down at me, I moved closer in a bit to feel less intimidated by his extreme height or was it my extreme shortness, whatever.
" you must be under the impression all the girls wants your attention" I said folding my arms across my chest as he used the phone to point towards some groups of girls who were eavesdropping on us with a stupid smile. whirling their hair with their fingers, I sighed already tired
" give it!" Jaya yelled still trying to get the phone
" you want it?" He asked now facing her
" duh!!!!" She replied irritated, he gave a smile as he moved some inches towards the window and tossed it out. We both rushed to the window as we watched gravity take its course. in less than a minute the phone collided with the ground and shattered into pieces, jaya fell to the ground her eyes filled with tears.
" my phone! "she exclaimed sobbing, I clenched my fist, rushed to him and slapped him across his cheeks. He felt his cheeks his gaze on me as I saw his amber eyes darken
" for now I only broke a cheap phone but I doubt the human bone is that cheap or strong " he replied in a low dangerous tone his gaze still on me, I tried speaking but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me away.
" leg go!" I complained but he refused. he dragged me out of the library and tossed me into an empty classroom making me fall to the ground, he shut the door behind him coming closer to me.
" what is this behaviour!" I screamed
" I like an obedient girl" he said bending to me as he held my jaw in his hands
" oh....because you couldn't get aurora to be obedient you decided to go for a girl who is being bullied because you feel she would be easier to control?" I yelled pushing his hands away, I stood up, walked to the door as I turned to him to say one more thing.
" don't mistake me for a weakling " I added about to walk away but he griped the door knob
" do you....really think your not weak" he said with a smug smile that made me feel like slapping him one more time. I stared directly into his eyes just to show that I wasn't backing down but he brought his face closer just to weaken my resolve, his breath brushing my face, he lowered his mouth to my ears
" I know you want me, your just playing hard to get" he whispered causing a shiver down my spine. I wasn't sure if it was in disgust or something else. he lowered his face more before stopping at my neck planting a soft kiss with a little bite I gasped pushing him away about to hit him again but he caught my wrists.
"Why are you so quick to hit " he replied angrily pining my hands to the door. I struggled but obviously between a girl who has never visited the gym and a man who is a soccer leader and probably sleeps in the gym, the damsel basically looses.
"Let go!" I said through gritty teeth
" hmm, now that I see you from up close your not that bad looking" he said staring into my eyes, my heart beat increased, my stomach coiling up that I felt like it wanted to escape through my mouth, his lips brushed mine as I evidently started breathing heavily. he gave an amused smile pulling away
" don't tell me you have never had a man come this close to you before " he asked chuckling, I avoided his gaze my face red from embarrassment
" ok here is the deal, I don't like you, though I don't know from your side and I don't care. but I need you to act like my girlfriend" he stated his face as serious as ever
"No!" I replied about to leave
" you need this more than I" he said, I scoffed coming closer to him
" how so?"
" well as you know the entire school was present when I announced you as my girlfriend which means you have enemies now, they won't let you live peaceful" he said with a smirk
" wow thanks for reminding me of something I know quite well. but you still haven't answered my question" I snapped, he sighed
" I thought scholarship students are intelligent but I guess, do not judge a book by its cover " he retort making me roll my eyes
" I am andrea. I basically own this school and I can hunt down who ever dares to cross my path. and If I instruct anyone to kill you they would do so and no one would find your body, likewise if I ask them to treat you like their goddess... you would live your dream life" he answered
" so you in?" He added.
