Kyoji's blade clashed against a robot's upraised shield. Undeterred, Kyoji flowed with the motion, pivoting to drive his sword deep into the energy core of an approaching robot, disabling it instantly. Another swift strike took down a second.
But danger lurked. Kyoji spotted a third robot, its energy cannon glowing with imminent threat.
"[Echo Strike]!"
The skill activated. A ghostly hand materialized, a spectral echo of Kyoji's previous attack. It slammed into the cannon-wielding robot, disrupting its aim. While the [Echo Strike] lacked the full force of Kyoji's direct attack, its impact was enough. The cannon fire went wide, obliterating a nearby robot instead of its intended target.
Kyoji pressed his advantage. With a flourish of his blade, he disabled the last robot in the immediate vicinity, then charged toward the stunned cannon-wielder. One final, decisive strike ended the machine's threat.
