Chapter 1 - Crash Landing.

"AAAGHHHGHG!!!" Alex was strapped on his chair trying not not fall, the cabin was flying down the small atmosphere Uropa had with 30,000 k/ph, it was really fast, fortunately, the cabin was made from strengthened Saphire, Diamond, and Titanium mix, and it could survive this.

Well... It was a question if Alex could survive it tho.

"SSHJIIIITTT!!!" Everything was blinking, white lights shined through Alex'es suit as it blinded him from all the moving.

He felt nauseous, sleepy, and tired.

"Oh nooo!!! OH NO OH NO OH NO!!! I AM ABOUT TO PASS OUT!!! IT HAS BEEN 30 YEARS HOW CAN I PASS OUT NOW!!!" Alex was an experienced astronaut, he experienced blackouts many times in his younger days, but as he got more experienced, he got used to the altitude and blackouts stopped at that.

"N... o...." Alex felt the sleepiness and his head was put to the head of the chair.

The cabin was flashing through the atmosphere like a meteor.

Once the cabin was at the landing distance.

BRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHTTTTTTTT!!!

The entire cabin was enclosed by a balloon-like structure to hold the fall and make sure many things were not damaged.

And once the parachute opened.

Oh... it didn't open.

Clang!!! Clang!!! Clang!!!

It was trying to open but a broken steel of the ship was blocking it.

Inside the cabin.

PING!!! PING!!! PING!!!

Red lights started to shine.

Alex had to turn the parachutes on manually and force them to open but he was unconscious now, how would be able to do that?

And suddenly on his wrist.

Click...

5 dots were turned on, they didn't move for a moment then.

Crack!! Creeak!!! Crick!!!

Like a possessed zombie light spread out of Alex'es hand and it pulled itself up, saw the lever, and... pulled itself.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

Parachutes opened like a bomb.

And finally after 3 minutes of falling.

Bang!!! Bang!!! Bang!!!

The cabin fell on the surface of Europa.

Everything shut down, only lights were turned on since the backup battery was still working well.

Alex was in his seat sleeping.

15 hours later.

"Aghghgh!!!"

BANG!!!

"FUck!!! Cough... Cough... Cough..." Alex opened his eyes and banged his head on the spacesuit hard.

He leaned over.

PUSH!!!

Oxygen went inside of the space suit.

"Fuck..." Alex opened the spacesuit for a second, spat out and closed it again.

"Did... we la...nd? Caroline? OI Caroline..." Alex looked at his hand and sighed, looks like it was on the backup energy once again.

It was expected tho, he didn't charge the AI.

"W... Oh... Oh... OHHHHH... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH I SUCCEDED!!! I FREAKING SUSPENDED!!! I AM ON UROPAAAA!!!!" Alex looked outside of the front window, he pulled up the controls and saw the full thing... he was on Uropa, finally, he was here.

PSHHHHHGGHHHHTTT...

The door opened with some steam and Alex exited the Cabin.

BANG!!!

"Ground... GROUND!!! I AM ON THE GROUND ~SMOOCH~ I missed you so much... Agh..." He kissed the ground and almost fell again.

Years in space almost made him disabled.

"Ugh..." Years of military training came in handy right now, Alex spent the next 13 minutes stretching, getting used to the 13.4 % gravity difference from Earth, he would be able to get used to this very easily if he came here on an expedition from Earth, but he spent years in zero gravity even if he had artificial one, that did its job on his bones.

"Grah... done... I can finally move." Alex stood up and looked around.

"Wooohoo..." Alex jumped up and almost flew away with the gravity difference.

This place was all rocks, frozen like 'snow' on the ground, Alex didn't know what this was and he didn't care.

"Do I do the deed or? wait, I need to explore if there is something here, when the ship exploded there may have been things that came down to this moon, maybe supplies?" Alex scratched his helmet and went around for a walk, he didn't care to mark the landing site to his cabin, what was living 30 more days than 12?

Within a few hours he managed to knock out 130 kilometers, Alex was hungry and thirsty but the suit had enough materials for him to eat and drink, he was trying to save it for some reason.

13 Hours later.

"Huh?"

PSHHH...

There was something down his feet, it was ice? no, frozen carbon?

"Hmmm, I knew this moon had some iced water here, but this looks more like dry ice than normal one... if we calculate atmospheric pressure... this surely is weird." Alex stood up and continued to search.

"Well as I thought, there is nothing here... well... damn..." He sat down on the ground like he was pouting and looked around.

In the spacesuit he could not feel cold or warm, it was the perfect temperature.

"What to do now..." Alex sat there thinking about his life, he was thinking, he didn't feel emotional, after being stranded in space for 13 years you kind of lose the fear of death, he knew he would die sooner or later.

But one thing he didn't want was to die of boredom.

So he did a logical thing.

Went back to his cabin.

"I remember before my mission, there was a few theories that an enormous ocean could be down there in the core of this moon, I can take apart a few of the propellers to use their spinning function to drill the ground." Alex entered the cabin.

PSHHHHHGHHH!!!

He took off his spacesuit and took out his trusty Journal.

"Hello sweet, sorry I kinda had few things to do..." He took his pen and started to write.

"Today, I got stranded on this moon, it's fun to walk again but---" After a few hours of writing, he looked up and went to take out the propellers. but he was disturbed by something, Something weird in the cabin.

Beep... Beep... Best...

"Huh?" He looked back... and for the first time in 13 years, broken radar... turned on.

End Of Chapter.
