Chapter 4 - Emergency Department

 "Teacher Luxman!"

Vishnu and pooja came to Luxman obediently. What will happen next depends on this person.

Luxman looked at the two of them and smiled, looking particularly friendly.

"Don't be nervous. It's noon. I'll take you to experience the biggest feature of our First Affiliated Hospital: the First Canteen."

  Canteen!

When Vishnu heard this, his eyes widened, and his stomach growled in coordination. He was just waiting for this meal. He didn't even have breakfast. Pooja and Luxman couldn't help but look at Vishnu when they heard the growling sound. Vishnu smiled and said, "It's a natural physiological reaction. I can't control it. I can't control it."

This honest smile made Luxman smile.

The First Canteen is indeed one of the features of the First Affiliated Hospital. Looking at the special meals in each window, Vishnu's eyes widened.

He loves to eat. He is strong and hungry quickly. He has no resistance to delicious food.

"What do you two want to eat? Get it yourself and eat as much as you want. I'll treat you."

Pooja and Vishnu were not polite. You can only use a card to get food here, so this meal can only be paid by Luxman. Moreover, although they had only met for a short time, they could see that Luxman was very straightforward. If you were shy in front of a teacher with such a personality, you would be disliked.

But Pooja never expected that Vishnu would be so impolite. Looking at the full plate of dry goods on Vishnu's plate, Pooja instantly showed a ridiculous expression. When she looked at Vishnu, she was even more hesitant, as if she wanted to ask, can you finish this?

Vishnu met their gazes and showed his simple smile again.

  "You ate a little more!"

Luxman smiled even more happily, "It's good to be able to finish it. Young people should eat more. Pooja, you ate too little. What's wrong? Are you afraid that I will go bankrupt?"

  Backstage.

The guests were all stunned when they saw Vishnu's plate. "Is this really enough to eat? Could it be that Vishnu bought so much because he saw that he was using Director Luxman card?"

The one who spoke was Lata verma, a post-95s girl who had not said much. Although she said it in a tactful way, her meaning was very clear. She was just short of saying that Vishnu was taking advantage of others.

Maybe he was also scared by Vishnu's appetite.

The others were also hesitant to speak, but Jai singh couldn't bear to watch it anymore. "This is nothing. When I was his age, I ate more than him."

The others also saw that something was wrong and hurriedly said something else to adjust the atmosphere. Meera sharma also winked at Lata verma.

Everyone stared at Vishnu, as if they wanted to see if Vishnu could really eat so much and if he was taking advantage of others.

However, they soon began to swallow their saliva.

They also couldn't imagine that this program was actually made into a food show. Seeing Vishnu eating sweet and delicious food, they couldn't help but feel hungry. It was just a few ordinary dishes with white rice. Could it be so delicious? Especially the look of a tiger swallowing food. Originally, they thought Vishnu was taking advantage of him, but Pooja hadn't taken a few bites yet, and Vishnu had already eaten most of it.

Poojaand Luxman were also dumbfounded, and they actually forgot that they were also eating.

It wasn't until Vishnu picked up the last few grains of rice on the plate and ate them that they came to their senses. Luxman couldn't help but ask, "Are you full? Do you want to order more?"

Vishnu immediately shook his head, "Don't eat too much rice. 70% to 80% is enough. It's not good for the stomach. Just fill it up at noon and eat it well at night."

  70% to 80%!

Pooja rolled her eyes directly. This was only 70% to 80%, and silently gave Vishnu a nickname in her heart.

Luxman also sighed inwardly: You little brat, you're eating me out of money. With such a big appetite, no wonder you've grown so strong. Among the eight students, Vishnu is the tallest and strongest.

The people in the backstage were speechless at this time, and Lata verma spoke even less. This was a slap in the face. She thought Vishnu couldn't eat it, but it turned out that he was only 70% full.

The emergency department is on the first floor of the First Affiliated Hospital.

Pooja and Vishnu followed Luxman into the emergency room. To be honest, the scene in front of them was not much better than the vegetable market. There was constant noise and crying. The medical staff walked with the wind. It seemed that everyone was racing against time and fighting for life with the god of death. The patients were also holding various lists in their hands, coming and going, with anxious faces or numb eyes, and their expressions varied.

It is said that if a person wants to know the sufferings of the world, he should come to the emergency department of the hospital. This is indeed the case. As long as you stay in the emergency department for a day, you will know that life is really too fragile.

The door of the emergency clinic was also crowded with people. Such a scene was really suffocating.

"Come with me to get two sets of white clothes first."

Luxman found two sets of white clothes for the two people. After changing, he quickly came to the hall again.

"Let's go to the outpatient clinic."

Luxman took the two of them directly to the surgical clinic.

"Priyanka Kumari, these two are the new interns assigned to the hospital. Let them stay and help you. You take care of them. I have something else to do, so I'm leaving first."

  Ah!

Priyanka Kumari was surrounded by patients at this time. Hearing this, he was dumbfounded. He was so busy, and he was asked to take care of interns?

"Doctor, is there anything wrong with me?"

The patient sitting in front of Priyanka Kumari asked anxiously, so Priyanka Kumari had no time to take care of Vishnu and the others. He quickly pointed to the film and began to introduce, "Fortunately, the bones are fine. I will treat your wound later. I will prescribe medicine for you first. After you go to get it, wait for me outside. I will treat you after I finish seeing these patients."

The patient looked at the increasing number of patients and was a little dumbfounded. After seeing these patients? Will this end? If he finishes seeing them here, he will have to saw off his leg.

"Doctor, can you treat me first? It hurts too much. I really can't bear it."

Hmm! It can be seen that he is familiar with Chanakya Art of War, and he has all the thirty-six strategies.

Priyanka Kumari also had a headache. He was supposed to have another resident doctor today, but he was temporarily borrowed by the next door doctor to perform surgery. He also wanted to treat the one in front of him first, but with so many patients, it would be strange if he agreed.

  "Teacher, let me treat him."

Opportunities are always in your hands. The opportunity is right in front of you, so Vishnu spoke directly.

Priyanka Kumari looked over with hesitation. If there weren't so many people, he would definitely ask, "Can you do it?"

Pooja was also shocked. How dare you take this? You are risking your life. If something goes wrong, you don't even have to wait for the assessment, you have to leave on the spot.

The guests in the backstage were also shocked. He just graduated from school and entered the hospital for the first time. It's not like this to perform well, right?

"Student Vishnu is studying for a master's degree in general surgery. When he was studying for a master's degree, he should have been exposed to this kind of trauma treatment."

Mashesh Rana suddenly spoke up, and everyone suddenly realized that when studying for a master's degree, it was not just classes, but also practice. However, even so, they admired Vishnu's boldness. This is the First Affiliated Hospital. If something goes wrong and he is complained, Vishnu's internship career will be over.

"Teacher, I have been in the emergency department and I am very skilled in trauma treatment."

Seeing that Priyanka Kumari was a little skeptical, Vishnu added another sentence, and Priyanka Kumari believed it a little, "Then you take the patient there first. If there is any problem, come back and tell me. This student should go with you and take a video. This is his case."
