"What on earth is going on at that palace!? I thought you had this handled!" The first person demanded the other to explain once they met in their meeting place.
"I do have the situation under control." The 2nd person assured the first and their demeanour was nonchalant.
"Cut the crap! They found about the mines they are about to uncover everything! Why are you acting so damn relaxed this is serious!" the 1st person complained.
" Like I said to you last time whatever they find out now it's too late. They have only just begun to uncover the mystery and too many layers for them to uncover before they understand everything. I killed the captured bandits as a precaution in case they say anything about working in the mines. I'm going to control the narrative on the situation to confuse them and make sure nothing else happens. The final phase is in just a couple of weeks so lets focus on that instead."
