"No not at all, I would love to catch up with you," Tanya said to him
"And this is?" he asked taking note of Miguel.
"Oh, this is Miguel, my personal guard," Tanya introduced him. "I hope you don't mind him coming he'll keep his distance."
"Not at all," he responded as they began to walk side-by-side, going no where in particular. "So how have you been?" he asked her. "It's been a while since we've seen each other, hasn't it?"
They then stepped onto the palace garden that was nearby and began to take a walk around it.
" I'm doing well, just trying to navigate this new role of mine." she told him.
"I was surprised when I heard you left," he said.
"Yes," Tanya replied shyly, remembering she hadn't told him when she decided to leave.
"I listened to your advice and decided to withdraw from my position. It was the best decision in the end. Thank you," she expressed her gratitude.
