Chapter 43 - Confronting Yaren

Which defeated the point of Tanya even being there she had applied for this role to help in scribing and get awarded for working hard. There's no way she could get recognized if all she did was mop floors and organize scrolls on shelves. What should she do? she thought to herself. It's only the first day she assured herself. She wanted to try to remain optimistic and hope things would get better but she doubted it.

 

After lunch, she returned to the department and planned to ask Master Yaren how long he intended to make her do these menial tasks and if he planned at all for her to help with scribing.

Yaren wasn't in his office by the time she returned. He was still having lunch. She went to his desk. She looked at the scrolls he was working on and saw he was working on a document that surprised her. She couldn't tell what she was looking at it seemed like complete gibberish. They were random letters that were strewn together to form nonexistent words.
