Tanya returned to her room soon after talking to Malek she wanted to find out what the best way to interact with Malek
She was angry with Malek. She couldn't believe he expected her to be happy with the way he was treating Celeste. Maybe he thought she was still the same Tanya from before.
In the past, when she was obsessed with Malek she always hoped and prayed that he would soon fall in love with her and drop Celeste. She had shamefully wished that she was in Celeste's position where Celeste was hated and she was the one being doted on. Tanya had wanted to be picked and didn't care what happened to the other woman.
Back then she had refused to see his wrong doings and was obsessed with him.
However, now she realised how problematic that expectation was. Treating either Celeste or her horribly like that was bad regardless.
The way she now saw it was if he treated Celeste like this who's to say he wouldn't treat her like that as well in future.
