Hidden -can disolve qi after leading to ninth level multiple time (max 100 but every ninth time it has restriction and need heaven and earth wonderful object to lift the restriction) and again cultivate it .Disolve qi will be hidden inside body and can temper blood majorly and body minorly,ultimately it can cultivate pheonix innate body .
If disolved one time it can cultivate rare phenoix body and if disoved 100 time and cultivated again it can cultivated taboo level phenoix innate qi and phenoix innate body)

Hidden -if used one particular types of beast with ancestor blood at one paritucular level then you can get one passive or active ability of that beast .
Example-if you used blood of Red tiger containing wind tiger blood first to activate the technique of first level and then used normal blood of Red tiger to complete first level then it can increase blood by 10 times and can get one passive ability of wind tiger.
