"Hello?" His voice is gruff, as usual.
"It's me. Find anything on the Phantom?"
"No. This guy is pissing me off," he grumbles.
"I swear the day I find him, I am going to tear him into pieces"
Noah chuckled and said "Easy there tiger, How's Christian?"
"He's in one piece and untouched. He's also recently single."
He grows quiet, and I ignore the tear that rolls down my cheek. "Sloane," he begins cautiously, "What did he do? Did he hurt you? If yes I am going to bring every dirt on his company and bring it into shambles that he is desperately trying to save" he had that dangerous hint in his voice. Usually I was the hotheaded one and he was calm like a sea but looks like our roles are reversed today. So I explain him everything and he listens patiently.
