"Is that true? I thought it had been ages since I heard your voice."
Sherlyn squirmed at his crafty words and growled in response. "Don't go there Kaden, seriously I am not used to you being so cheeky after you asked me out"
Holding the phone close to her ear, she made her way to the closet.
"I thought girls liked it," Kaden said, perplexed as to why Sherlyn had a different opinion.
"Not me, so please stop doing that and just be yourself. I prefer you that way," she said, immediately sliding into one of her bodycon dresses.
"Okay..."
Sherlyn smiled as they continued their conversation.
"By the way, I wanted to take you to your clinic. But only if you agree."
Sherlyn paused as soon as she heard him. "But I won't be going to the clinic today" she asserted.
