Jedrick stared blankly at the contract before him. It was surprising that Hayes chose to continue working with them.
The decision was sceptical, but he was amazed that someone like Marcus Hayes believed in him.
After clearing his name, Jedrick was suspicious that Hayes International would back out of the agreement they proposed to Larson's group, but they did not.
"Good, I need to keep themĀ all close to me." He murmured and reached for the coffee cup.
With one leg crossed over the other, he sat back on the couch and took a sip.
"I now need to trick Mischelle into believing my lies. But it will only happen when I am able to contact her," he scoffed, recalling how she abandoned him yesterday.
They were meant to meet, but she did not show up, which derailed his plans.
