"And what makes you think so?" Ella questioned, breaking the calm.
Gabriel took a big breath, leaned forward with his hands clasped together and resting on the table, and spoke.
"Stefan told me you have a rare blood type, which you assume you got from your father, but Eveline's blood group doesn't match with any of them."
Eveline lowered her gaze, pondering this word. They were like hammers pounding her chords, making everything around her jumbled.
"Do you think he lied once again about everything that happened with Aunt Erna?" Stefan's voice interrupted Eveline's thoughts.
Her eyes were now red as her thoughts began to clear, eventually erupting in wrath over the man's name and his heinous plan to destroy their lives.
"I'm not sure unless I have specific evidence. I happened to click on this when you mentioned Ella's initial idea of finding her father through DNA," Gabriel remarked.
