Chapter 8: BEACUSE I'M RICH BITCH
Before leaving Malik asks the Goddess, "Exactly how much money do I actually have?"
. . .
Waking up in his bed, Malik saw that Ino was nowhere to be seen.
"Damn girl that cold, but I guess that means I still need to win her over for good,".
Getting out of bed, Malik went to the bathroom, took a shower, and made sure he looked his best. His dark skin shone afterward from love and care. Moving to his closet he pulled out one of his best fits (aka Clothes for you plebes). He may be short and fat but that doesn't mean he can't look like an absolute unit when needed, and he did need it because for his plan to work he needed to not just think short term but long term.
As he walked out of his big house, he knew what he had to do.
Here's how it going to work:
Step 1:
As Malik lays out his ambitious plan, a villainous laugh escapes his lips. He starts by identifying places that assist people in finding jobs. His next step is to purchase at least five buildings and transform them into 'Malik's Bakeries', capitalizing on their popularity.
His laughter echoes through the streets as he talks about hiring staff for his house, ensuring that both the bakery and household staff positions offer on-the-job training if necessary. This approach not only provides employment opportunities but also equips the staff with valuable skills.
His laughter grows louder as he reveals his plans to replicate this model throughout the Land of Fire, investing in advertising to promote his ventures. His vision extends beyond bakeries and household staff; he aims to open and build schools and hospitals all over the region, all under his name, even more so in areas where they are needed the most, pushing the nice rich kid look hard.
Malik understands that many of his current and future skills are tied to his wealth, fame, and influence, he also needs to meet people but that can come later. By expanding his ventures, he hopes to increase all three, thereby enhancing his skills. His laughter takes on a triumphant note at this realization.
He acknowledges that this process will take time and require a lot of work. However, he is willing to put in the effort, his laughter underscoring his determination to make a positive impact on the community. His plan reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and his desire to use his resources to benefit others. It's a commendable initiative that could bring about significant change in the Land of Fire, and he laughs like a villain who knows he's about to win.
Spend money to make money
Step 2:
For the second step of his plan, Malik arranges a meeting with Ino's mother, Inoichi. He greets her with a respectful bow, an apologetic look on his face.
"Inoichi-san," he begins, his voice sincere. "I wanted to apologize for not being able to set up the party as planned. I understand how important it was, and I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience caused."
Inoichi listens quietly, her expression softening at his words. Before she can respond, Malik continues, "However, I'd like to make it up to you. I'd like to offer to pay for another party. But this time, it won't just be a celebration for Ino. I want to celebrate your entire team, I know how close your families are."
His proposal hangs in the air, a testament to his determination to make things right. He hopes that Inoichi will accept his offer and that this gesture will help strengthen their relationship. After all, building connections is a crucial part of his plan, and this is just the beginning. Malik's face lights up at Inoichi's agreement. "That's wonderful," he says, his relief evident. "I'll make sure everything is ready in four days. The party will be at my house."
He then acts like he has to remember Ino's team. "Ah, yes. Ino is on Asuma's Team 10 with Shikamaru and Chōji. They're all incredible shinobi. It will be an honor to host a party for them."
With the plans set, Malik can't help but feel excited. He's looking forward to the party, not just because it's a chance to make amends, but also because it's an opportunity to get to know Ino's team better. He knows this is just the first step in his plan to make more connections, and he's ready to work to make it a success.
Step 3
("It's time for the hard part, Now I need to find Tsunade".)
As Malik moved on to the third step of his plan, his thoughts were consumed by one person - Tsunade. He knew that finding her wouldn't be easy. She had left the life of a shinobi behind and her whereabouts were unknown. But he also knew that if anyone could help him in his mission, it was her.
He thought about the information he had about her. She was a gambler, known to frequent towns with gambling establishments. She had taken Shizune, Dan's niece, under her wing and was training her during her travels. But beyond that, he had little to go on.
Despite the uncertainty, Malik was determined. He knew that Tsunade was key to his plan. He imagined her, traveling from town to town, staying under the radar. He pictured her in a bustling gambling establishment, her eyes focused on the game in front of her.
With these images in his mind, Malik set out on his search. He would start with the towns known for their gambling establishments. He would ask around, do whatever it took to find her.
Malik's plan was ingenious. He decided to buy several gambling establishments, knowing that Tsunade, with her well-known love for gambling, wouldn't be able to resist such an opportunity. His trap was to promote a tempting offer at all the gambling places he bought - something like clearing your entire debt with just a few spins, it didn't need to be complicated, at least not for her.
To make the offer even more enticing, he decided to give the first 5 spins for free to women, and 10 if they brought a friend. He was banking on the fact that Tsunade, being a woman and a gambler, would find this offer irresistible.
He hoped this plan would work because he didn't have much time to waste. He needed to find Tsunade as soon as possible. As he set his plan into motion, he couldn't help but feel a thrill of anticipation. He knew the stakes were high, but he was ready to take the gamble. After all, in his quest to make more connections, he was willing to bet it all.

Malik's newly acquired gambling establishments were abuzz with an electrifying anticipation. An irresistible offer had ignited a wildfire of excitement, drawing in gamblers from all corners. Women, enticed by the allure of free spins and the prospect of erasing their debts, thronged the establishments.
In the midst of the crowd, a woman with her blonde hair neatly tied in a bun stood out. Her eyes pupil-less with bags under them from lack of sleep, she surveyed the room, absorbing the charged atmosphere. It was Tsunade. The tantalizing offer had sparked her interest, and the opportunity was too tempting to resist.
With a gleam of determination in her eyes, she approached one of the slot machines. As she initiated her free spins, the room collectively held its breath. The machine whirred into action, the symbols spun, and then...
Jackpot.
The machine burst into a spectacle of lights, its bells ringing out in jubilation. Tsunade had triumphed and she started to cry, "It's been so long," she said to herself. The room exploded into a chorus of cheers and applause. From a distance, Malik watched, a smile playing on his lips. His plan had borne fruit. He had successfully drawn Tsunade out. Snapping his fingers multiple staff members ran to him and bowed, "How can we help you sir", they all said. All Malik did was point at the Lady crying from winning the Jackpot. "As you wish sir," they all said.
Now, it was time to unfold the next chapter of his plan. But for now, he savored the sweet taste of his successful trap. After all, laying the trap was only half the thrill. The real game was just getting started.
As the hours rolled by, Tsunade remained rooted at the slot machine, her determination unyielding. But her streak of luck seemed to have deserted her. Despite her relentless efforts, victory eluded her.
From a corner of the room, Shizune observed with mounting concern. She was all too familiar with Tsunade's stubborn streak. But she also knew they couldn't afford to squander any more time or money.
Finally, she decided to step in. Navigating through the crowd, her gaze locked on Tsunade, she began, "Tsunade-sama," her voice a blend of gentleness and firmness, "You've been here for hours. It's time to go, you can't spend all of our money, again."
Tsunade turned to face her, a flicker of defiance in her eyes. But before she could voice her protest, Shizune continued, "I understand your desire to win, but we have other responsibilities. We can't afford to spend all our time here."
A moment of silence hung in the air as Tsunade weighed her words. Then, with a sigh of resignation, she nodded. "You're right, Shizune," she conceded, stepping away from the slot machine. "Let's go."
As they started to walk away a staff member with a manager badge walked up. "Excuse me, but I would like to congratulate you on winning the Jackpot, it of course comes with free room and board, the food and drinks are on us." She said.
"FREE!", Tsunade cheered, "oh no", said Shizune.
After Tsunade's "lucky" streak at the gambling establishment, Malik found himself in front of the "free room and board" room the ladies had won, courtesy of the Jackpot. With a satisfied smile on his face, he made his way to the room where Tsunade and Shizune were staying.
As he knocked on the door, he took a moment to collect his thoughts. Meeting Tsunade and Shizune was a crucial part of his plan, and he wanted to make a good impression.
The door opened, revealing Tsunade and Shizune. They looked surprised to see him, but Malik greeted them with a warm smile. "Good evening," he said, his voice steady. "I hope I'm not intruding. I just wanted to introduce myself properly."
Tsunade's gaze fell on the cubby boy with dark skin who entered their room, taking in his appearance. She couldn't help but notice the clothes he was wearing. They were exotic, unlike anything she had seen before. The fabric was of the highest quality, and the design was intricate and unique. The clothes were clearly extremely expensive, speaking volumes about the boy's wealth and status.
She looked at him with a newfound curiosity. "Your clothes," she began, her voice steady. "They're quite unique. I haven't seen anything like them before."
Malik smiled at her observation, appreciating her attention to detail. "Hhhmmmmm, Thank you, Miss Tsunade," he replied. "They're from my homeland. I'm glad you like them."
As they continued their conversation, Tsunade couldn't help but feel intrigued by the kid. His exotic clothes, and his confident demeanor, they all painted a picture of someone who was much more than what he appeared to be. And she was curious to learn more about him, but she also didn't trust him.
Shizune cut through their conversation, "Can we Help you with something?".
Malik turned to look at her, "My bad, let me start over. My name is Malik and I need your help."
Looking at one another they waited for him to continue. "My girl", he stated, "Most likely one of my future wives' blah blah blah, is training to be a medical-nin or at least she will be, and I need you, preferably both of you to come to a train her."
"What!?!" they both said.
"My girl, Most likely one of my fut . . ." he started but was interrupted by Tsunade, "Don't start over that's not what I meant . . .Why... How . . .Do you not . . .I don't have time for this," Tsunade said as she deadpanned.
"Look I know it sounds crazy, but I'm being honest here, I get it you're hiding out for a reason. But I do need you," he said looking straight into her eyes, "It is fate for her, she is destined to become recognized as one of the greatest medical-nin in the world. Don't ask me how I know that you'll only get a lazy answer. I refuse to allow my medaling to change that, not now not ever, I can't fight but I can throw money at a problem second to none." He then clapped twice and 12 people entered the large room holding cases. Under his command they opened them revealing cash, gold, jewels, and fine clothes, "This is your whether you say no or yes but the 20 other cases outside are yours if you give me an answer that I like," Malik said allowing Tsunade to get hypnotized by the sight.
Shizune frowned and was about to say something when Malik smiled at her, sliding over he put one finger on her lips and another on her hand pulling it up so he could kiss it. "Shhhhhhh, you can trust me.
"Wha . . ." She started
