He didn't show up till now to test the resolve of Feng Xuan. How he handles Title douluo and how he manages to get out of a situation that is not favorable to him.
According to Shivarjuna, Feng Xuan did extremely well in this test.
"Now, let's test your spirit ring skill." Said Shivarjuna.
Feng Xuan who forgot to test his skill due to the intervention of Dugu Bo, sits in a meditation position to drive spirit power to his body which becomes more powerful. He wake up from meditation in an hour.
Feng Xuan, eager to share his newfound abilities, began explaining his second spirit ring skill to Shivarjuna.
"Master, my second spirit ring skill is called 'Elemental Enhancement.' This skill allows me to boost the power of any elemental attack I use, making it much more potent and effective in battle. Whether it's fire, water, earth, wind, or lightning, I can enhance its strength significantly," Feng Xuan said, a hint of excitement in his voice.
Shivarjuna listened intently, nodding in approval as Feng Xuan continued. "When I activate Elemental Enhancement, the elemental energy surrounding my bow becomes more intense. A fire arrow can cause a massive explosion, while a water arrow can cut through defenses with a high-pressure jet. Earth arrows can create stronger barriers, wind arrows can slice through the air with increased speed and precision, and lightning arrows can deliver a more powerful shock."
Feng Xuan demonstrated this by forming a fire-infused arrow and enhancing it with his new skill. The arrow shot forward, leaving a trail of intense flames before exploding on impact, sending a wave of heat and fire in all directions.

With their plan set, Feng Xuan collected some normal medicine and poison to practice potion-making and asked Shivarjuna to take him to the academy.
Shivarjuna uses yogic energy to teleport Feng Xuan to Valley behind the academy. Feng Xuan directly reported to the dean and carried out his daily activities with training.
Shivarjuna goes to yoga Nidra to recover his energy, he asks Feng Xuan to carry out training usually. It would take probably two to three years for him to recover his all energy.
