Emily stroked the spot on her neck where she had been marked. She could still feel the faint tingling that came from there. She had been marked by him, and that was all.
She had the feeling of being taken advantage of, for he had not even consulted her before marking her.
"Does your neck still hurt?" Klaus emerged from the shower, brushing off the water droplets from his hair as he went.
"It still hurts a little." Emily muttered.
Klaus casually dropped the wet towel onto a chair as he sat down on the edge of the bed and glanced at the marked spot on Emily's neck. He then buried her head in his chest, while he stuck his tongue out and gently licked the spot he had marked.
Emily felt a little hot and ticklish as Klaus's warm tongue pressed against the skin of her neck, but she soon adjusted to the sensation. Not only did his licking ease her pain, but it also made her feel very comfortable.
