"Heidi, show me your phone," Emily repeated, and Heidi pulled her phone from her apron pocket, handing it to Emily.
Emily looked suspiciously at Heidi's phone, swiping quickly across the screen, searching every corner that might contain a photo or video, but there was nothing, as Heidi had said.
Dolly stepped forward, staring at the phone screen with the same incredulous expression, and reluctantly examined it again, but still found nothing. "How is this possible? I saw you taking pictures," Dolly frowned, her tone still skeptical.
Heidi's eyes were still red, and she said aggrievedly, "I really didn't sneak a look. Maybe you were mistaken."
Emily looked first at Dolly and then at Heidi, unsure of what to say for a moment. She sighed softly and returned the phone to Heidi. "Maybe it's just a misunderstanding, but Heidi, you have to be more careful in the future and avoid causing such misunderstandings again."
