With the sun having risen already high into the sky the streets of Hamburgh were filled with the hustle and bustle of people. Up above the streets, one could see the elevated train of Hamburg carrying people from station to station. From its high vantage point, the people on board the train had a nice view of the citys busy streets.
Down below on the streets, some men were pushing wooden carts filled with goods, and others used horses to move their goods on their much larger carts. Only a few trucks and even a fewer cars could be seen on the streets. Mainly everyone just walked or if the distance was great they might have even used the tram.
Close to the city center was the center of town one could also see the farmers market where all the farmers came daily to sell their goods. Amongst them were also some who sold newspapers or whatever else miscellaneous items they might have had.
Looking at all of this Chad felt it all to be a bit primitive and insufficient. Especially he felt so when looking at the farmers. Last night as he had flown over the land he had noticed a great lack of any mechanical equipment on the farms. He wasnt sure but it seemed that all these people needed to do everything by hand, using nothing but simple tools to tend to their fields. And now despite these people needing to go through their harsh job on the land without proper tools, to top it all off they had to come here and sell everything in person.
Did these people have no supermarkets he wondered. At least along their walk, he hadnt seen any. All there was was a bunch of small businesses selling their specialized products.
Then as they crossed the bridge named Reesendamm-Bridge he noticed Freyas clothing store right on the other side of the bridge. The store had multiple neighboring stores that were all built into a bigger building. All the stores were facing outwards towards the city streets and acted as individual stores instead of being a part of one big shopping mall.
While the city was lively and beautiful, unlike any city he had ever seen in the Empire. He couldnt help but shake his head in disapproval, here there were just too many things that seemed to be in need of an upgrade. One of the major things being the lack of proper transport trucks, cars, and also flying vehicles.
Walking along the bridge he then heard Alfred start to speak with hesitation in his voice.
" Mm, did you really mean that what you said back there? Are you really going to marry that policewoman? I mean you didnt even ask her her name. "
Without even looking in Alfreds direction Chad spoke casually.
" Yeah, sure. Why not? If a man is capable enough to have multiple wives then a man should have multiple wives. Sure I dont know her personally, but it is not as though I intend to marry her today. All will sort itself out in due time. "
In reality, Chad was not casual about this situation, his heart was racing in excitement as he thought of marrying multiple women. The thought of it felt unreal to him and he doubted if it was even possible. But he did desire it greatly. In his past life, he had failed to have these things as he had spent all his time in war. However he had managed to gain some lovers during the many wars, but all such relationships had always sadly ended in tragedy, this time he swore that things would be different.
Hearing Chads words Alfred felt relieved and a bit excited as he said.
" So you intend to truly marry all my daughters then? "
Once more Chad spoke casually.
" Yes of course. That is if I am able to win their hearts, but of course, I will only marry them once they come of age. "
Hearing this Alfred then asked hopefully.
" Well Hilde is already 16, so would you be marrying her this year then? It might be a bit sudden, but you see I have already stared death in the eyes once and I am getting old. So before I leave this earth I would really love to hold my future grandkids in my arms, especially knowing that they will be protected by such a kind and capable person as you. "
Hearing the mans words sent a sting of sadness into Chads heart. He very well was able to relate to the mans worries as he also had faced death and left nothing behind as he had passed away. As far as he knew that timeline along with all its people were gone, eaten and slaughtered by the horrors of space. In the end his sacrifice hadnt most likely saved anything it merely delayed the inevitable.
Patting Alfred on his shoulder Chad looked at him with reassuarance as he said.
" Worry not my friend, you will see your grandkids. That I can promise you with assurance for I already checked and saw that Hilde is quite fertile and ready to conceive. "
Hearing this Alfred felt lost for words. How does he know that? He wondered but Immediately remembered just who he was speaking to and just accepted Chads words as fact.
After saying that Chad decided to head to Freyas Tailoring shop to do his clothes shopping. Then something caught his eye. On the corner of the bridge, a legless man in a grey army uniform decorated with 3 medals was selling newspapers to passing people.
Walking to the legless man Chad was immediately noticed by the man whos eyes widened as he said.
" Oh my god. You're the man in these newspapers. "
Looking at the pitiful man, CHad felt a sting of pain in his heart as he then worldlessly crouched down and grabbed a hold of the mans neckless. The neckless was in the shape of a cross that was made of silver and in the middle of it was a swastika as Alfred called them.
The pitiful man looked at him with fear and uncertainty as he said.
" What are you doing? "
Looking at the man Chad simply asked.
" Do you believe in god? "
The man simply said in confusion.
" Yes. "
Then Chad said.
" Well, consider yourself blessed then. For today thanks to the Immort Empresses who Is my god, I have come here to ease your suffering on this earth. Now feel the power of her holy light. "
After saying this the mans eyes widened in shock as an indescribable warmth overtook his body then Chad stood back up again and said.
" Keep that neckless close and dear, for it will take away your fear and bring you life. "
Then with that Chad walked away with Alfred following behind him. The pitiful man was left completely speechless and dumbstruck. Feeling that something was off, the man looked at his pants and noticed that they were tighter than before.
In disbelief, he pulled up his pants to reveal his stumped legs which were supposed to be cut above the knees, but to his amazement, he seemed to have knees again. Ever since losing his legs in the war he had gotten so used to his stumped state that now he felt unsure of what was going on. Could he have actually just gotten a part of his legs back, he couldnt believe it. Such a thing just felt too unreal.
But then he noticed the skin on the legs and on his hands. Suddenly his skin also seemed to have healed and lost its roughness. Even the small scars on his fingers seemed to have disappeared. Then lastly his eyes landed on something that he had lost long ago also in that one fateful explosion.
To his surprise, he could see a small bulge on his pants, right where his dick was supposed to be. Then to confirm this he slid his hands into his pants and felt it and all its meaty glory. Finally, his dick had returned and not just that, it even felt a bit larger than what he remembered.
Tiers started to form in the mans eyes as he looked into the distance where the mysterious miracle man had gone and then he cried out of joy. Through his crying, he looked to the heavens and started to sing praises to the mysterious man and god.
Passing people just looked at the man with disgust written on their faces. To them, it seemed as if the man had gone crazy and was now inappropriately touching himself on the side of the road. Soon the police were called and without mercy, they carried the crying man to the nearest police station where a fat police officer with a similar story was awaiting.
The Fatman also immediately felt changes starting to take place in his body after the mysterious man had touched him. As the two of them shared their story amongst one another the other people in the station also heard of it and soon more roomers of this man started to spread.
