Selene stared at the text she received from Leo. More money had disappeared from the company. "He's becoming bold these days," she thought out loud as she read the docs he sent to her.
When she was done, she switched to another app and dialed a number.
"Please can you come over? I want you to do something for me," she said once the call was connected. When she got the confirmation reply from the other end, she hung up on the call and waited for the person to arrive.

Michelle was in the living room of the Harrison mansion, trying to contact her in-laws to take her back and reaching out to producers for a movie role, even though they had declined countless times. Unfortunately, no one was picking up. Frustrated, she had no choice but to grunt in exasperation.
"They think they can get rid of me so easily? I will show them," she muttered as she redialed their numbers again, her fingers tapping on the screen of her phone with pent-up frustration.
