Still in bed thinking why Aaron Richmond keeps reminding me that I'm his substitute wife. At least being his substitute wife my dad's hospital bills were paid at least it's not a loss .

I quietly left the room and went straight to the kitchen.. what was I thinking..? I asked myself.. oh my mother inlaw will be feeling bad because of the delay, let me go apologies
Good morning ma .. I greeted her
Good morning my daughter.. What took you so long, Vivienne? She asked me.. I felt bad because she has never treated me badly.
I'm sorry ma .. I said to her
It's fine, Vivienne.. my mother in law, Mrs Daisy Richmond said to me.
Ok let me quickly get your food.. I said heading to the kitchen..
I have started sending money to my father to start up a business for us because it's already a year and six months contract marriage and the years are running fast. I do enjoy my stay here but Aaron isn't too nice with me, he keeps reminding me that I'm his substitute wife, well it's fine I'm achieving something, at least my dad can touch money again.
I was done with cooking, I brought out a plate to dish my mother inlaw's food
Ma your breakfast is ready.. I said arranging the dining table…
I left to call her in her room..
Ma your breakfast is served .. I said to her
Alright my daughter, I will join you soon she replied
Ok ma.. I replied nodding my head
I went back to the dinning table waiting for my mother in law to come to the table before leaving, It won't be nice if I leave her food there at the dining table even if it's covered and also I have to pull out the seat for her sit before leaving because she wasn't too strong despite the fact that she can walk on her own but she can't do certain things.
I'm here.. she said when she reached the dining table..
Oh ok ma, please sit.. I said pulling out the seat for her to sit..

I left the dinning room to dish my own food. My intention was to eat in my room but Mrs Daisy Richmond wouldn't let me, she asked me to join her at the dining table when I wanted to pass to my .. room with my food.
Where are you going with your food? She asked.. I'm going to my room. I just feel like eating there.. I replied .
I hope no problem..she asked again
No ma I'm fine.. I just feel like eating in my room..I told her
Since you said nothing is wrong, please join me here in the dinning as usual.. she insisted
Alright ma'am.. I said while pulling out a seat to sit .
We both ate In silence, then she broke the silence.
Vivienne.. she called out to me
Yes ma'am .. I replied
I will be going to the hospital in two months time for check up , as you can see I'm not too strong to go there alone and besides it's not a one day check up.. she narrated
Oh I see , so what do you want me to do? I asked with curiosity.. if about staying with her in the hospital,that won't be a problem.. I thought to myself.
Vivienne.. please I want you to come stay with me in the hospital please.. she pleaded
Oh ma that's not an issue ok.. I said to her,
I will come stay with you ma'am.. that shouldn't be the reason you are begging me.. I'm here also to take care of you. I replied her

After some minutes we were done eating, as I was tidying up the dinning table,she kept looking at me, what was she thinking.. I asked myself, I really like her. I pray she isn't pretending.
Aaron Richmond must be very lucky, I still wonder why my step sister Mary Parker allowed me to sign a contract marriage with his fiance Aaron Richmond. Well it's best known to her, though it's saved my father's life.
I packed the plates to the kitchen, washed them and arranged the kitchen before leaving for my room.
Still in admiration of Mrs Daisy Richmond the thought of my mom came into my mind, she is just like my mom.. I said to myself.. she is caring, she is loving just like my mom how I wished my mom was alive, I wouldn't have been married as a substitute wife.. I said to myself
I was so heartbroken that tears rolled down my cheeks, I allowed them to flow at the moment because that's the only thing I could do at that moment.
Remembering how my step mother and my step sister made me sign a contract marriage, they refused to help in paying my father's hospital bills, they are heartless, their own husband and father this is really bad.
My dad must have learnt his lessons, comparing my mom with my step mom, mom is better than her, my mom is kind hearted unlike my step mother even Aaron Richmond mother is more loving than my step mom.
I
wiped off my tears consoling myself that one day I will be out of here. Aaron Richmond makes the matter worse, always reminding me that I'm his substitute bride. Everything will be fine.. I said to myself.
