(AZTEC'S POV)
Now Rhea looked hesistant. I knew it was because of my reaction. But I also knew that it would not stop her from speaking, she was only hesitating.
I was amazed at how bold she was and it took me back to our first meeting. I was reminded that her boldness was the first trait that I had noticed about her.
"Well, don't stop now." I said to her seeing as she was still hesitating.
She cleared her throat and straightened her posture in a bold manner.
"I would like for my family to be released." She said and I was surprised.
First of all, I did not expect that to be the condition that she was about to state and Secondly, I was surprised that was what she was talking about.
Maybe Steele was right after all. Maybe I had misjudged the whole situation.
