Jenna walked towards the flower shop after seeing Beatrice enter the bookstore. Even though the sun was already at its peak, the cold temperatures accompanied her steps, making her breath visible in the crisp air. When Jenna arrived in front of the shop, she once again saw the man who had given her the black orchid, now meticulously arranging the flowers. His hands moved with practiced precision, creating beautiful bouquets. He noticed Jenna approaching and greeted her with a smile filled with sunlight, warming the cold air around him.
"Oh, isn't the schedule still one week ahead, Miss?" Oliver looked smiling at the onyx black eyes that were so charming from Jenna.
"Oliver, right?" Jenna smiled back at Oliver.
"That's right, but it is my duty to see the progress for the gift that Miss Beatrice wants to prepare, she is someone who is careful about all the details" Jenna gave the reason, unlike Beatrice, Jenna was very skilled at her poker face.
"Then please come in, miss and you can see for yourself how beautifully detailed the skilled processes of our flower shop are carried out by Miss Harvey." Oliver opened the door, inviting Jenna to enter.
"Do you always come alone and miss checking?" Oliver asked Jenna.
"Right now Miss Beatrice is meeting someone so I'm waiting for her first."
"Oh, what a shame it would be if a woman as charming as you went around alone, miss, hehe" Oliver tried to tease Jenna.
"Is that so?, I'm quite used to things like this and I can take care of myself" Jenna answered with a smile but like the cold of this season brushed off Oliver's teasing.
"Oops, haha, I'm sorry miss, of course I understand hehe" Oliver blushed a little embarrassed at his own behavior.
"Oh, that's okay, then I also want to know why you gave black orchids?" Jenna's curious face looks insensitive, but it's undeniably sweet.
"That's why I don't want to spoil Miss, you can interpret it according to your wishes," Oliver with short blonde hair and blue eyes answered by smiling at Jenna.
"Hmm, strange"
"I take that as a compliment miss haha, and allow me to brew tea while we wait Miss Harvey came back miss"
"No need to bother, I won't be here long."
"It's okay miss, it's my obligation to serve guests and maintain the good image of our shop, like you, right?"
"Hmm, okay then, thank you"
While waiting for Oliver and Miss Harvey, Jenna occupied her time by filling in Beatrice's schedule report for next month and looking at suitable pianists for Mrs. Vanesha's big event. Her seriousness seemed unwavering as she worked, her fingers moving deftly over her tablet. She didn't realize how charming she looked surrounded by the flowers in the shop, the vibrant colors framing her focused expression.
Even so, Jenna's mind occasionally wandered to what had happened to Beatrice. How could Beatrice suddenly hear? Who was the real mastermind behind her accident? The perpetrator who hit Beatrice had fled, and until now, their identity remained a mystery. These unanswered questions always lingered in the back of Jenna's mind, causing her constant worry.
Jenna's thoughts were abruptly interrupted by the presence of a woman who looked surprised to see her. She looked up to find Miss Harvey standing there, her eyes wide with surprise.
"w-wh-why are you here miss?"
"Oh, sorry for my sudden arrival, Miss Harvey." Jenna stood up and greeted Miss Harvey, who looked shocked.
"i-isn't the schedule still a week away, miss?" Miss Harvey's face looked very nervous.
"Don't worry, Miss Harvey, I'm just here to see the progress," Jenna smiled to calm Miss Harvey.
"b-but miss..." before finishing his words Oliver came to bring the Roselle tea for Jenna.
Miss Harvey immediately approached Oliver and stepped on his foot.
"Ouch, that hurts, what's wrong with you miss?" Oliver is in pain.
"Shh, it's your fault, why didn't you tell me that Miss Beatrice would come here?" Miss Harvey whispered to Oliver and pinched him again.
"ouch, ouch, hey miss, I'm carrying this tray, don't let it fall." Oliver was in pain and Jenna just looked at the two of them with a smile.
"After all, it was Miss Jenna who came, not Miss Beatrice, Miss Harvey."
"Still, he's an important person too..." Miss Harvey's face became nervous again.
"I already said it's okay, Miss Harvey, Miss Beatrice and I already trust your flower arranging skills," Jenna smiled sweetly to lighten the mood.
"Well, Miss Jenna is already talking to herself, right? Don't tense your shoulders, Miss," Oliver laughed a little.
"hmmm" Miss Harvey calmed down a bit.
"So how is Miss Harvey's progress for the bouquet?"
"oh, th-this is miss, for a bouquet as a gift..." Miss Harvey explained with confidence when discussing different flowers, like a different person.
"Hmm, is that so, I think choosing this flower shop was the right choice seeing how you are very professional" Jenna felt happy after hearing Miss Harvey's explanation which was visible on Jenna's sweet face.
After talking again with Miss Harvey, Jenna looked at her watch which showed that Beatrice had been gone for 30 minutes.
"Okay Miss Harvey, if there's anything you can contact me, I have to pick up Miss Beatrice first, I'll say goodbye first" Jenna gave Miss Harvey her business card.
"O-okay miss I won't disappoint you" Miss Harvey smiled nervously
"And also thanks Oliver for the Roselle tea." Jenna smiled as if sincerity was visible on her face.
Seeing Jenna's charming face, Oliver felt like fireworks were exploding inside him, igniting a new spark in his heart. Her presence seemed to light up the room, and he couldn't help but feel a growing warmth and excitement when he looked at her.
"Oh-oh, yes, that's okay, Miss. I'm happy to serve you, hehe," Oliver blushed in response.
When Jenna was about to open the door, she met Beatrice who was in front of her with a man.
"Huh, Tris?"
