This was Ethan's purpose all along!
Thanks to the demons' failure to destroy all of Nova's satellites, the remaining ones under Aiden's control had observed that although Demon One had been heavily bombarded by Nova's numerous high-yield nuclear and heavy nuclear missiles, its core components, the celestial computer, and the Void Universe Engine remained intact.
Obtaining the Void Universe Engine would allow Nova's development to leap forward significantly. Not only did the engine contain the pinnacle of demon technology, but its database also held the technological theories and techniques of countless star-level civilizations, a treasure trove for Nova.
Although Aiden had previously stolen data from Heaven's Blade Seven and Angel Kyla's fifteen thousand years of backups, more resources would only benefit Nova. Thus, Ethan was determined to acquire the Void Universe Engine.
Ethan had decided to confront the angels now because Nova's satellites had detected many angels near the crash site of Demon One, preparing to recover the Void Universe Engine. This celestial supercomputer was invaluable to any civilization, especially since Mogiea's Void Universe Engine had originated from her flagship, Heaven's One, during her time as the Apocalypse King, Lilith.
The angels had every right to retrieve it, but so did Nova, given their sacrifices.
Angel Yana had been watching Ethan with a complex expression. Though reluctant to leave, she had no choice but to follow Keisha's orders. She wanted to say a few more words to Ethan before leaving, but his sudden demand shocked her.
"Ethan, don't do this. If you need it, I can..."
On the other side, He Xi, hearing Ethan's words, was momentarily stunned before her suppressed anger erupted.
"Kid, it seems you want to be enemies with the angels. Do you think you can take something from us? I'd like to see what qualifications you have! Otherwise, I'll cut you down!"
As He Xi finished speaking, Star Life materialized by her side, ready to strike at a moment's notice.
Ethan had anticipated such reactions. Unfazed by He Xi's response, he prepared himself.
With a slight movement of his wrists, the bracelets on his arms began to spread rapidly, forming his Nova Armor.
"BOSS, I've initiated the enhanced version of Nova Armor 001. This version, optimized with data from Heaven's Blade Seven, improves the cold fusion phased array structure of the original armor. However, other areas remain unoptimized, and due to time constraints, it hasn't been tested. Its performance remains unknown."
"I understand. Notify Mikhail and the others to act immediately if the situation changes."
"Received, BOSS!"
These were Ethan's conversations with Aiden as he donned the armor. Once fully equipped, he turned to Yana, shaking his head slightly to signal her to stay silent. He then addressed He Xi.
"The war between angels and demons was not Nova's to fight, yet we had no choice!"
"To eliminate the demons, we sacrificed over nine million people! Because of this, your losses were greatly reduced!"
"I believe we have the right to claim the spoils of war that belong to Nova!"
"As for being enemies with the angels, that choice is not ours but yours!"
"Nova's answer will always be the same!"
"We will never surrender!!!"
He Xi raised an eyebrow, questioning where Ethan found the confidence to boast before the angels. Did he have a hidden ace?
Instinctively, He Xi activated her Insight Eyes, scanning Nova for hidden threats.
What she discovered shocked her.
Millions of nuclear warheads, including heavy nuclear bombs, were positioned strategically across Nova. The sheer number left her stunned.
"This must be why even Mogiea had to retreat from Nova, and those heavy nuclear bombs! What kind of black technology is this?"
"How did they simulate supernova conditions? Heavy atomic fusion requires conditions found only in supernovae! Even we angels can't achieve this!"
"I need to examine Nova's dark information!"
"Everything seems normal at first, just rapid technological development under Ethan's leadership."
"Artificial intelligence? Quantum supercomputing? Not bad."
"Photon quantum array? Damn, more black technology! This computational architecture is unheard of!"
"Quantum matrix? Using virtual quantum for matrix computations to enhance core processing speeds? This computational power rivals that of early god-making era civilizations' dark matter computers!"
"What's this encrypted section? Let me crack it!"
"Controlled heavy nuclear fusion? Photon array?"
"Damn, damn!!!"
"What's with this civilization? How can they still be pre-nuclear? So much black technology, some of which even I don't fully understand! What's going on?"
"No, no! Such a civilization should either be destroyed now or never become an enemy!!!"
He Xi's expression fluctuated between shock and grim determination. Ultimately, a complex look settled on her face as she gazed at Ethan.
Ethan, noticing He Xi's white eyes, knew she was peering into Nova's secrets, making him anxious. Some of Nova's top technologies and theories couldn't be exposed to her.
Relief washed over Ethan when Aiden relayed that his photon quantum network had been attacked but managed to destroy all critical data on the photon array theory before being compromised. Although some controlled heavy nuclear fusion data had been stolen, the most crucial information remained secure.
Ethan remained composed. The partial loss of controlled heavy nuclear fusion data was less concerning than the photon array theory, crucial for Nova's future.
The photon array, envisioned by Aiden combining Ethan's knowledge from his previous world and sci-fi concepts, was a theoretical breakthrough. It involved using entangled quantum photons for information exchange, leveraging quantum superposition to exponentially enhance computational speeds.
Aiden could evolve further using this computational power, and if realized, the photon array's computational cloud could rival or surpass celestial computers in the Super God universe.
With the crucial information safe, Ethan addressed He Xi and Keisha again.
"Well? Have you considered my proposal?"
He Xi, preoccupied with analyzing the partial controlled heavy nuclear fusion data, had a hunch it could significantly impact angelic technology.
Before she could respond, Keisha spoke first.
"He Xi, give it to them. You handle it."
