Layla looked down and mumbled.
"I-I'm sorry."
She really wanted to drag Alexandria from the dance floor and talk normally about it because dancing while talking about something that serious looked off.
"Yeah, and you weren't the only one who realized their element young. I had too and accidentally hurt her at the playground. I felt guilty but you healed her and removed traces of my crime. I was really happy."
Layla smiled. So that's it? She had helped cover his crimes and he felt grateful? She had no idea that they would've known each other that long ago.
She huffed proudly. "You owe me one then. You could've been eating alive if she had reported you."
Alexandria chuckled. That's not what he meant at all. His sister didn't even mind that she got hurt and was only happy that he also inherited the thunder element from their family.
