It took Class 11-B a minute to remember that their teacher was even more of a big shot than Mina Denji and that's why he wouldn't freak out like them.
Kawaya suddenly slammed his head on a wall and Tomah rushed to him to hold. It was like Kawaya ran mad as he struggled to the wall.
"Mina Denji is coming. Mina Denji is coming. T-T-To see me… right? Mina Denji is coming." Kawaya kept on murmuring as insecurities clouded his reasoning.
He had forgotten about that and barely practiced his element, the only thing he'd been focusing on was his new weapon, a scythe he replaced with his claymore.
The thought that he'd mess up when Mina Denji, the renowned Goddess, would tell him to demonstrate what he knew made his body and heart ache.
He'd be messing up in front of the Goddess and he'd not be able to recover from it. It's better he ended himself now than face that disappointment.
