JASMINE
It was the second time I was in a dark room all alone so it was better. Things were not so bad this time around since I could hear voices from behind the walls, an indication that I was not in the middle of nowhere this time around. I stood far away from where the door to the room was, holding on to the hope that Olly was coming to save me again. If we were both in trouble, I wondered why I was the only one in the room and Olly was nowhere to be found.
The events of only an hour or less before now were only a blur when I thought about them. I remembered arguing with Olly about going into the deserted building and when she did convince me that it was better not to think too much about it and just take the bold step, I agreed with her. The first step I took into the house was the last thing I remembered before waking up in the dark room.
