"Lead the way." Gladius's calm voice broke them out of their thoughts, a reminder of the task at hand.
"Right." Zephyr nodded and he and his group stepped out first, their feet echoing on the ice bridge. Gladius and Arianna were right beside them.
As they reached the other side, the other Mages in his group were talking amongst themselves, but a burning question was storming in Zephyr's mind.
He had to ask, his curiosity getting the better of his noble restraint, "Gladius, Arianna... your powers are truly a wonder. If it's not too much to ask, but just how do you do it? You summon Mana with an ease I rarely see from Senior Mages, Arianna. And you Gladius... well, I've never seen anything like this."
Others' conversations died down as they were curious about the duo's response.
