The battle was over just like that. A Royal Prodigy Mage and her entire group were slaughtered in the depths of the Crimson Geyser without a single person being able to know.
Gladius was a little bit pleased with taking out a Royal Prodigy level Mage. But he didn't have too many thoughts about it, knowing full well there are many more powerful masters out there waiting for them.
Gladius turned on his heel, desummoning his spirit sword as he walked over to Arianna's side. The blade dissolved into motes of light, fading away as if it had never existed.
Arianna was beaming as Gladius came next to her, her eyes alight with excitement and curiosity.
"Well, that was quite a show," Arianna said, her voice tinged with admiration. "Your control over sword energy is truly remarkable, Gladius."
