Iris was dumbfounded , and began to doubt her own memories as soon as she stepped into Rachel's villa. She didn't bother to thread cautiously when the car pulled into the front yard. Iris jumped out of the car before the driver could even park properly. The shocked driver quickly thanked his stars that nothing untoward happened to the boss lady.
As soon as Iris burst the front door open, she was dumbfounded by the sight before her. She couldn't be any more grateful to Rachel for handing her one of her keys the last time she was at the villa.
"What the heck!"
Iris could see the whole place spotlessly clean, with everything neatly arranged. Instead of the pungent smell of blood, she could even pick up a faint smell of a strawberry-scented air freshener. and Iris could bet the cleaner left the house not long ago.
