The first chapter is quite long for an opener, it details important history of the world that should be known before the story begins so I recommend reading it whenever you have time to read 2 chapters in total since that's about the same length as Chapter 1.

Chapter 1 "The History of the Half-Elves" is almost 1,000 words long while most openers on webnovel from western authors trend towards 500ish words or so.

Future chapters I release will range between 500 and 2,000 words long on average, at least that's my current plan.
