As I looked outside of my mom's window I saw that our neighbors house was on fire, and then the worst thought of my life came up, what if my mom was in there and dying. This day has officially turned from a good day to a horrible day, I slid on my slippers and started to head towards the neighbors house to save my mom if she was in there. This was a firefighters job and I knew I wasn't supposed to do it but I've been practicing and plus I'm not just going to let a possibility of my mom dying in a fire just stab me in the gut. But as I was starting to get really close to the burning house I saw sirens and firefighter and police trucks, a whole group of them came up to me, but then I started feeling weird and had inhaled some smoke and started to faint when a firefighter picked me up and I had fully went unconscious. I don't know if I've ever felt this way before, my head ached in pain and I could feel my thick blood trying it's best to flow but a sudden stop just came up and my flow started to slow down and my heart was barely beating. I wanted to do something save myself anything I could do but it was like I was stuck in my body and couldn't do anything. I tried to breathe as I felt the last beat coming along. All of a sudden I felt empty again like I was meant to be, trapped in my own head trying to escape. Finally I felt a jolt of life in my body but no connection between my consciousness and my body, I felt like a hyper active person trapped in an indestructible cage which would never let me out but knew that sooner or later my consciousness would come back and connect with my body. As I felt a slight connection between my consciousness and my body I slowly started to open my eyes and saw my mom and some other very surprised looking doctors, and so was in a hospital bed feeling like all I wanted to do is take a shot or anything to get rid of the pain so was feeling. Much to my surprise though the pain started to ease as my mom was squeezing my hand and crying, I knew she was pretty even when she was crying she was really the best angel I could look up to her whenever I needed to. "Wait mom where were you, I was trying to save you just in case you were in the fire mom" I started to cry and she squeezed my hand even tighter, "Actually darling I was in the house trying to protect people and as soon as I saw you unconscious assuming you wanted to save me I felt bad, you shouldn't have to go through all this trouble to save me when you have to save yourself, she smiled at me and I smiled back at her. I can't believe that I survived the fire even though I wasn't in it, I still inhaled smoke from the fire with is extremely dangerous and I had been the first one to survive! As Camilla slammed her locker door shut after trying to look for her picture with Lily, she knew that she would see her in three weeks but she couldn't bare it and it just felt like too much for her. When Camilla first met silly she was social and kind and she knew things wouldn't change but she felt like something might change or as if it was in the process of changing. Camilla looked at her gross pimples and ugly black tears from her mascara and looked away from her mirror on her locker she was too sad to look. As it was the end of the day and she started to walk off a girl stopped her, actually it wasn't any girl it was a popular girl and she offered Camilla to ride with her and she agreed. In the hospital bed Lily was practically fighting for her life as she felt a piercing pain, "mom, I panicked, will I be okay"? I questioned her rather crying but she just looked up at me and have me her skinniest smile, and I knew what that meant, it meant that everything was going to be okay and soon enough it was all I had to do was stay in the hospital for two days and they would give me meds, and everything would be mostly back to normal again. I was pretty upset though when my mom had to leave and I would be left to rest for two days and then she would come back for me, every second that passed by felt like a whole hour, I watched the clock ticking as I thought how long I would really be able to handle this, maybe five minutes I sighed and started to sleep. As I started to wake up, I felt a little doozy and I looked right at a container of meds, and I could swear I saw the words dizziness reliever and so I started to get out of bed to get the meds. When I started to get out of bed I tripped over some machines used to treat some other patients that where there, they were dusty and had lots of old looking things mashed together then I noticed that the meds weren't the ones I needed, I took a breath and fainted. As the world started to become bright again I realized that I was in a different bed and I wasn't in the hospital in fact I wasn't in any place I knew but as I opened my eyes completely I recognized it as one of the places that where in one of our house pictures, I was in one of my relatives house, but who? When I started to get out of bed a women who looked about the same age as my mom came up to me and smiled, for a second I thought who was this women and what was she doing here and what was I doing in here! But I took the thoughts back, she looked kind of like my mom but who was she? As I was thinking about who she was I started feeling a breeze and I started to be picked up in aIr and started floating on top of my bed, but how was this possable? Suddenly I jerked down into the bed which was thankfully soft and the women's once before smile stayed on her face as a maid entered the room with some food and the women started to sit down with me in bed, but I didn't know why!? The maid slowly approached me and the women and then gave it to her, she then examined it and suddenly the bowl started floating and some ingredients came flying from what looked like the main hall, and they all sprinkled atop the bowl then everything came down. "Here you go, I'm sorry that I frightened you with all that floating and the sudden awake let me explain, so when you fainted in the hospital your mom called and before she could continue her words she passed out, I don't know what happened to her but I took you over to my mansion" she smiled with sympathy. "So who are you then, I'm her sister" she exclaimed "I knew it, you guys look so much like each other" I said in relief, then I took the tray from her and started to eat some very yummy soup and some side chicken with a delicious fruit punch and a spicy snack, my favorite. Then I paused, " Wait but how were you able to do all these things like carrying me, well sweetie it actually runs in the family's blood to have powers you just have to learn how to master them" she said rather proud, I looked at her in shock, " So doesn't that mean I'm magical "? She nodded ,"yes". I.finished up my meal as I looked to see her leaving kind of rude, you know I thought. Then I suddenly heard a sound, some kind of muffled noise like someone crying for help, but I shook it aside and put my tray down I needed a little more rest. As I woke up I was in a bed, but it wasn't in my aunts mansion or any of the other rooms, this was a completely different place, with weapons powers held in jars, warrior weapons and torture machines what is this place and how did I end up here? "Oh, it looks like you finally woke up" a stern voice said, "who are you and where am i" , "relax I'm your your aunt, it's time I told you" there was a pause "told me what"! My aunt looked at me with sympathy but I knew something was off, I could feel it in her sudden change of tone, "So what is it", I questioned again but another awkward silence comes instead. Then she finally breaks, "Well you know how I told you that your magical, yeah"? "Well I might have told the truth then but, but what, "I didn't tell you the most important thing, you have to be tested on your skill if you don't have the skill we have no choice but to give you a hell sentence and that's why I'm so worried"! "Uh, uh there's more I know it", I said knowingly as usual "okay fine, we will have to use some dark magic in your test and other torture devices and many more, I had to go through it and I'm just saying I wish I never did! "Why", I questioned like a Noisy head but this time she gave no answer, just an awkward chuckle is what I go from her, I need to find out what shes doing, I thought because whatever it is it's not too pretty. "Let the test begin" , "I'm what's that muffled sound, I've heard it before"! "That's the first part of your test, and possibly the most important".
