Lucifer received them with unexpected kindness. After leading them to his garden and then inside his home, he invited them to sit around a white marble table where a small teapot steamed, emitting a soft yet deep floral aroma. With an elegant gesture, he poured tea into small cups for each of his guests. Although the atmosphere was relaxed, the tension in the air was palpable.
"I am truly sorry that your first impression of me was... tumultuous," Lucifer said, clearly referring to the incident with Azazel and the other demons. "But I appreciate that you were wise enough to let those four go. I must admit, they are troublesome but necessary to maintain order here."
