Thor stood still, his gaze fixed on the lifeless body of his father, Odin. The weight of the tragedy hung heavily on his shoulders, and anger burned inside him. For a moment, he seemed on the verge of losing himself in a frenzy of vengeance. With the hammer Mjolnir in hand, his eyes sparkled with contained energy as he observed Ethan, the one responsible for the deaths of Odin and Zeus.
But before he could act, a hand rested on his arm, firm but without violence. Loki, with his usual enigmatic expression, looked him directly in the eyes.
"Brother," Loki said softly, though his tone carried the urgency of the situation, "you cannot let this consume you. You cannot die too. If you do, everything will be lost. Think of the people of Asgard. They still need you."
