Before Neith found the way out to the surface of what was then called the underground world, Ethan was forced to rest.
Left alone in that other world, Ethan tried to use his time to relax and recover from accumulated fatigue. However, after several days of tranquility, he began to notice that the calm was turning into monotony. He had spent hours reading old books, meditating on possible new techniques, and gazing at the fire in the fireplace, but his restless mind soon grew bored with these activities.
One afternoon, while watching the sky from the balcony, Ethan decided it was time to do something different. The idea of remaining inactive was unbearable, so he summoned his revenant, the ant queen he had revived not long ago. The enormous insect appeared before him, its exoskeleton gleaming under the sunlight. Ethan skillfully mounted its back, and the ant queen obediently unfolded her translucent wings and began to fly.
