Empty.
This is how you could describe what was there at the beginning of the world.
Then, at some point, there was a light.
A light that came from nowhere and was absolutely beautiful.
This light came from a sphere and it gave off an impressive and above all benevolent aura and energy.
Suddenly, a crack appeared and disappeared as quickly as it had appeared, releasing immeasurable energy in its wake.
This wave of energy created a multitude of stars, planets and magnificent landscapes in its wake.
A reality. The first reality was born from this ball of energy.
And this action was repeated hundreds and hundreds of billions of times. Until billions of tiny white dots surrounded a single reality with this sphere at its center, forming a long chain of light about ten white dots wide. But it was so long that you couldn't see the end.
After that, the sphere created something else. Another world. But this time smaller, much smaller, rather the size of a large city. And in this world appeared extremely powerful beings.
And so the gods of reality appeared.
These gods then created servants: angels. The angels were powerful, but far less powerful than the gods.
For hundreds of thousands of years, the gods lived comfortably with their servants, and inspected them.
For hundreds of thousands of years, the gods lived comfortably with their servants, inspecting the many forms of life that had developed.
But they became lazy over time, preferring to amuse themselves rather than inspect and destroy the imperfections caused by the "heart" of reality.
So the gods decided, to take care of their tasks, to create "the creators" and choose twenty people from these many realities to take on these roles.
After a while: eighteen people had already been selected, leaving only the nineteeth and twentieth.
One of the many gods was drawn to something. Something that was happening right now, in the very first reality, on a blue planet, precisely where the "heart" had taken up residence.
On this planet, there were humans. And the event that had drawn the attention of the gods was a war, a great and horrible war pitting human against human.
It was the First World War.
