Nanny cried out in pain after being pushed down by Ethan, exaggerating her discomfort, "Ow, ow, my old bones are going to fall apart…"
Her tone had a hint of exaggeration.
Seeing this, Lily was about to step forward to help Nanny, but Ethan had already taken a step forward, roughly yanking Nanny up from the floor. He growled coldly, "Get out! Nanny, you get out too!"
