Ethan stared at her in shock and immediately caught her collapsing body, his arms wrapping around her slender waist… Has she gotten even thinner? Why is she so light?
It must have been the spicy rice cakes. Eating those must have caused the problem!

"What's wrong with Lily?!" Uncle Robert anxiously chased after them but was blocked by the bodyguards.
"Cipher! Call Dr. Joel!" Ethan shouted, carrying Lily in his arms as he rushed out.
In the car, Ethan laid Lily flat across his lap, his large hand gently caressing her face, then moving down to her chest, trying to ease her discomfort and prevent her from vomiting again.
The bumps on the road caused Lily to frown unconsciously in her sleep, her voice weak and pained as she murmured, "I feel awful."
The corners of her mouth were still stained with the remnants of her earlier vomiting.
