Chapter 107 - Chapter 107: Hell's Killing Field, Su Bai's Bloody Slaughter

Su Bai's actions were closely observed by the Hell Envoy. When he returned, she said, "By making a move just now, your novice protection period has been canceled."

Su Bai nonchalantly waved his hand, handed her the Bloody Mary, and said, "Now, can you arrange a match for me?"

The Hell Envoy asked for confirmation, "Are you sure?"

Su Bai nodded.

Understanding his determination, the Hell Envoy went ahead to register Su Bai for a match.

Hu Liena expressed her concern, "Brother Bai, isn't this a bit too hasty?"

She had planned to use the novice protection period to gather necessary information first. Then, she would sign up for a match, increasing her chances of winning. But Su Bai's decisiveness in participating immediately caught her off guard.

"Heh!" Su Bai chuckled, ruffling Hu Liena's hair, "In the face of absolute strength, everything else is meaningless."

Su Bai's confidence and dominance made Hu Liena's eyes sparkle. A man like him truly deserved to be her partner.

Fearing Hu Liena might still be worried, Su Bai reassured her, "Relax, in Slaughter City, no one is my match, not even the ones behind the scenes."

Hu Liena nodded in agreement. She believed in Su Bai's words, having witnessed his power firsthand.

Soon, the Hell Envoy returned. "I've registered you. The rules have been explained, and I assume you understand them."

Su Bai nodded.

Before long, it was Su Bai's turn.

"Brother Bai, be careful!" Hu Liena urged with concern.

Su Bai smiled, nodded, and stepped into the arena.

In the Hell's Killing Field, each match involved ten participants. The last one standing was the winner. There were no rules—any means to kill the opponents were acceptable.

Su Bai stood indifferently on the stage.

"Hey, we got lucky this time. Look at that pretty face!" a man with a hooked nose sneered at Su Bai.

"Let's deal with this pretty boy first, then handle the rest," suggested a woman with a scar on her face.

In the Hell's Killing Field, fewer opponents meant a higher chance of survival. Everyone nodded in agreement, but no one moved first. They were cautious, fearing that Su Bai might be a hidden expert.

"Useless!" the scarred woman cursed. She took out a dagger, licked it, and mocked Su Bai, "Hehe, what a nice body. If we met outside, I might have taken a fancy to you. But since you're here, I have to apologize."

Her scarred face twisted into a sinister smile, making Su Bai frown in disgust. Her audacity to eye him up made his stomach churn.

Without further ado, the scarred woman moved swiftly, appearing in front of Su Bai in an instant, aiming to strike his vital point. For people like her, the quickest way to kill an opponent was the best.

But Su Bai didn't even bother to look at her. He simply kicked her.

Bang!

The scarred woman exploded into a cloud of blood mist, leaving no trace of her body.

"So strong?!"

The remaining participants were shocked. Su Bai's strength and physical power were terrifying. They quickly decided to team up against him, realizing that facing him one-on-one was futile.

However, to Su Bai, they were nothing but weaklings. Within a minute, he had killed all his opponents, emerging victorious.

Three days passed in the blink of an eye.

In the Hell's Killing Field, Su Bai was watching a match from the spectator's stand. Hu Liena was fighting on the stage below. After a hard-fought battle, she won her first match, though she took a knife wound to her thigh.

Dragging her exhausted body out of the arena, Hu Liena's mindset had changed. The Hell Envoy was right—here, strength was everything. There were no rules. Only the strong survived. Compared to her opponents in the Soul Master competition, these people were true villains, each move aimed to kill.

Just one battle had taught Hu Liena a lot. She also understood her teacher Bibi Dong's words—everyone in Slaughter City deserved to die. She had no need to hold back.

As she left the arena, Hu Liena's expression grew serious. She knew the real danger was about to begin. After a match, a person was at their weakest. It was the best time for others to strike.

Sure enough, as soon as Hu Liena exited the arena, several people surrounded her. Their eyes held no mercy, only greed and killing intent. They didn't see Hu Liena as a person.

"Humph," Hu Liena snorted coldly. Her thigh was still bleeding, but she remained calm. She was beginning to accept the rules here—fight with all your might to survive.

Several groups slowly approached her, but none made the first move, waiting for her to reach her weakest point. They also feared someone else might take advantage of the situation.

Finally, a burly man couldn't hold back. He stepped forward, his eyes scanning Hu Liena's curvaceous body. He laughed, "Hehe, it would be a waste to kill such a beauty. How about becoming my plaything? I'll protect you."

"Get lost!" Hu Liena spat coldly.

The man's face darkened. "Ungrateful!"

He moved to strike her. Though her words were strong, Hu Liena was already at her limit. The previous battle had drained her, and she was injured. But she believed that someone wouldn't let anything happen to her.

Sure enough, a calm voice spoke, "Oh? And what would be considered grateful?"

Su Bai, dressed in white, walked over with a faint smile.

Seeing Su Bai, the burly man was terrified. He turned to flee, but Su Bai didn't let him. With a simple gesture, he obliterated the man and the bystanders watching the scene.

Hu Liena couldn't hold on any longer and collapsed. Su Bai's figure flashed, and he caught her in his arms.
