Jasmine quickly helped Eric to carry the things he needed for the meeting, although Eric objected, she replied that it was her job to help him. Eric seated at the head while jasmine beside him, the meeting progressed nicely. After the meeting ended and they were able to get a good result on the new contract Eric quickly led jasmine to his office and closed the door, jasmine was stunned and had a worried look on her face, Eric motioned for jasmine to sit, he picked up his phone and made a few calls.
Liam drove his way to Eric's company seemingly thinking of confessing himself but one thing was that he didn't have a way to get and see Eric. He saw Isabella walking down towards the company, and on foot it will take about thirty minutes to get there. Liam didn't know what he was thinking but he honked which this action startled Isabella.
She turned thinking she would have to deal with those men who had done that as she walked, she saw it was Liam although she couldn't place on why she got excited when she saw it was him. Liam motioned for her to enter the car and well she had to, she was already tired from walking for so long.
"hey sweetheart, why are you walking, when you should have your driver take you anywhere you want to go" Liam said a little amused that he called her sweetheart. Isabella rolled her eyes, and just old him to keep driving towards Eric's company.
They both came down and walked into the building, the receptionist stopped them in their tracks since throughout the walk to the door, Liam was trying to get a rise out of Isabella which was why they didn't notice they past the reception.
The receptionist looked transfixed on how Liam look, and she bashed her eyelashes towards him, and leaned a little bit, her top had a deep v neck which as she leaned in on who took a look would see more to the imagination. Liam sighed in disgust and so as Isabella.
Liam put his hand around Isabella and said "ma'am my sweetheart and I have been summoned by Mr. Cruze to see him today so he could view the problems and we can solve it together as we are best friends" how it felt so uncomfortable for him to call Eric his best friend after seven years, while for Isabella it was uncomfortable for Liam's hand to be on her. But despite they both walked towards the elevator leaving the receptionist stunned.
