May I ride Eclipse for a while?" Sophy asked Aya, who seemed indifferent.
Sophy approached the imposing stallion. "You can give it a try… but he usually only allows Nosil to."
Nosil emerged from the stream, carrying several fish in his hands. He glanced at Sophy from afar as she attempted to touch the stallion. "Let's see how you do," he murmured.
Sophy tried to mount the horse, but he sidestepped, thwarting her attempt. "I warned you," Aya remarked.
"Even I only ride him with Nosil leading... He's a tricky horse." As Sophy's excitement turned to frustration, she took a step back.
Nosil approached from afar. "Hold these," he handed her the fish. "Put them in the bag." Then, with a practiced leap, he mounted the stallion, patting his neck to calm him. "Alright... Easy... Relax now," he murmured to the horse.
After Sophy finished storing the fish, Nosil called to her. "Come," he extended his hand. "You can do it."
