"Young master! Your phone has been found." Langdon walked inside the office without knocking. Victor was sitting in his office chair with two files in his hands.
He raised his exhausted face and took the phone from her.
"I never knew filing takes half of my time." Langdon laughed as she walked beside him and leaned.
Victor paused. He shrunk his body so that her chest did not touch his shoulders, yet an uneasy feeling lingered.
"You are doing it perfectly, I am sure sir will give you a better position soon." she took a step back with a disappointed look in her eyes. Yet, the expressions turned into a bright smile when their eyes met. "Ah! By the way, someone called you and I do not know. Did you quarrel with your girlfriend?" Victor stiffened instantly. His face fell.
"Did she call?" Langon felt like a needle pierced her when she noticed his excited look as he checked the phone instantly.
