"You have gone mad! Are you sure you want to reject the idea?" Jennifer could not believe her ears. She had already lowered her head since the team wanted Nora to work with them. Yet the girl was annoying. She dared to refuse them?!
"I never said that I wanted to be a researcher. I have other plans in my mind. But if I ever change my mind, I will contact the team as promised." Nora replined in a casual tone without a hint of sincerity or so Jennifer felt as she looked at the girl dressed in gym clothes.
"I am not a biased woman. I have accepted all kinds of researchers so far. But Nora, you are not cut for it." the woman admonished Nora harshly. "Only brain and knowledge is not enough when it comes to research. You should give your heart to it. But look at you, only bending yourself for someone money. Your talent is wasted on you. I do not understand why you wasted the first position." anyone would have felt embarrassed when scolded in public.
