The man held Nora by her arm and pulled her into a dark corner. If not for the man opening the door, she would have missed it in this darkness.
Nora stared at the small square they called the restroom.
"You have only a minute, missy. Do you want to waste it complaining that it is not aesthetic enough?" He mocked her with disdain.
Nora stared back at him and gritted her teeth like a frustrated arrogant fool.
"Bow your head and then start the counting again. Or have you already forgotten the instructions you have received?" the man narrowed his eyes.
Their eyes met and she saw the desire to kill in him. But as she kept staring at him, he bowed his head and stared at the ground. Just as she thought she had won, he took out a gun and held it tightly as he aimed at her feet.
Nora gasped and flinched. She took a step back, quivering with fear. But in reality, she snickered when she saw the man grinning. Fool! Was all she thought.
