"I have! But are you willing to put yourself in danger for me?" Nora hesitated. She had prepared the plan easily but now that it comes to execution, she hesitated.
"If Penny came to know that she had been duped, she would not let it go. Her ego would not accept it and she would find a way to harm you."
"Then why had she not harmed you enough? I am sure you are pressing her nerves for a long time." Lucy snorted and Nora paused. That question was haunting her for a long time too.
"Perhaps, I could only die when that time comes." she mumbled to herself.
"What did you say? When are you going to die?" Lucy looked aghast and Nora cursed. She did not realize she was speaking out aloud.
"When my time comes. I am still too young. But we are not talking about me, are we?" Lucy felt embarrassed the way Nora spoke.
As if she was an elder chiding a child. Lucy flushed and looked away.
