Arachne -the B-rank demon responsible for the invasion on Gihon's border- made her way to the outskirt of Guardia in the Leonardo domain. As she approached the town, she noticed an invisible barrier blocking her way.
"A magic barrier?" uttered Arachne as she traced her fingers on it. "It looks like the Gaia Shield spell but also different. It's stronger. Way stronger."
The demon felt the barrier rejecting its presence.
"Dear Morningstar! This is more akin to the Divine Firmament barrier!"
Arachne looked up and saw the barrier shielding the entirety of the town.
"How in Bara did a small town like this manage to cast this high-level spell?"
She then formed a sly smile on her face.
"That being said, even the Divine Firmament is not impenetrable."
