Kyra stumbled out of the portal and into a scene of utter desolation. Crumbling buildings stretched as far as the eye could see, a grim testament to some past catastrophe. Before she could fully grasp the bleakness of her surroundings, a small blue screen appeared before her, displaying her objective.

The words hit her like a punch to the gut.
Eliminate? Cullen Von Dexter? The very thought sent shivers down her spine.
She, with her limited combat experience, was expected to take down a mage of her age who had proven his strength against a boss monster? It seemed like an impossible task.
How could she possibly achieve such an objective? Was there some mistake?
Surely, they hadn't intended for her to... to do such a task like this.
She looked around the desolate landscape, desperately thinking if she could call it quits.
