Dungeon workers live inside the dungeon but in a different realm than the dungeon dwellers. They have their own dormitories, which vary based on their hierarchical position and race.
The arrangement is due to differences in needs, size, and inter-racial relationships. For example, ogres, goblins, oni, and trolls might look similar in size and need.
Ogres, trolls, and oni, being larger races, have bigger rooms and facilities. Housing them in one dormitory simplifies the standardization of facility and room sizes.
Goblins, on the other hand, usually live in groups, with four to six sharing a room, so they need larger communal spaces. The standard size for the ogre room was good for them.
But their relationships are often strained. According to Ashtarot's idea, they should be close to each other to foster better relations.
