While eating, Asroth is still amazed at the amount of Mana he is absorbing from the flesh of the 1st Tier Magic Beast.
Even though Mana Grass cannot provide this much mana.
Asroth also knows that if he sells the flesh and bones of the Magic Beast, he can retire and live a prosperous life as a mortal forever.
But what Asroth wants is to become a strong Mana Warrior, and to achieve that, he needs a lot of money, an amount that is almost unimaginable for a normal mortal.
Asroth is extremely happy now because they were lucky with what they obtained with Asrah.
Even though he almost died, it was replaced by joy because of what he gained from that trial.
This can be called the 'first Big step!' for him towards the pinnacle of Mana Absorption.
"Asrah, have you tried entering the end of this cave?" Asroth asked, pointing to the dark part of the cave.
Asrah shook her head and said, "Not yet. I need to watch over you, so I haven't tried entering yet."
Asroth nodded and slowly stood up.
"Don't stand up yet, Asroth..." Asrah said with concern.
"I'm fine, Asrah. I can fight again, even if we have to return that Magic Beast's Paw!" Asroth said with a smile.
He felt better after absorbing Mana from the Magic Beast's flesh.
"Mn... Don't do that again."
Asroth nodded, touched Asrah's hair, and suddenly hugged her.
Asrah was surprised but didn't speak and slowly hugged Asroth back.
After a few moments, Asroth and Asrah were seen coming out of the cave.
Asroth planned to retrieve the scattered items.
Asroth looked at the wound on his shoulder, which was bandaged. He thought again about his battle with the White Phantom Magic Beast.
A 1st tier Magic Beast is as strong as a 9th level Mana Force.
If the magic beast was not in its weakest condition now...
Or even in its weakest condition but without serious injuries to its legs, where Asroth and Asrah easily cut it off.
Perhaps he wouldn't be standing here now.
Asroth took a deep breath and decided not to approach it. They would let it bleed out until it died.
